Monthly Hypnotherapy Calls

Monthly online sessions that help you unwind and recharge. In the first half of the session we’ll look at our monthly topic and if you want to you can share any challenges – however, there is no requirement to share. Then for the second half of the call you can get comfy and listen to a hypnotherapy relaxation session. Here we target any areas where you’re stuck and keep your stress levels under control, so you can be a calmer, more present parent.

Relaxation Track Library

Access a curated selection of tracks designed to help you relax and improve your mental health. Find your favourite and listen each night or pick the track that’s right for you in the moment.

Each month I’ll recommend a track that matches our topic too. This is a great way to top up your self care while you drift off to sleep, and it can have a huge impact.

Monthly Guide

A new guide each month, so you can measure where you are, and take small steps to improve your mental health.

This will focus on our monthly topic, with some journaling prompts and suggestions, monthly topics are selected to help you improve your calmness and joy, some of our recent topics are connection with the season, relfecting on the past year, self compassion, rest and movement.

Helping parents build their mental health resilience is my passion! Hypnoparenting was something I dreamt about for years before launching the first course in 2019, but I quickly realised that parents wanted support beyond a course. And so The Hypnoparenting Club was born!

As a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, specialising in working with parents, I know that life as a parent will throw you all sorts of challenges; we cannot avoid the challenges but we can build our resilience so we can cope better with them.

Regular hypnotherapy, reflection and curiosity is key, along with having the community and support when you need it. And I can’t wait for you to join us on this journey.
